‘Say It’ New WordPress theme released

With the success of the last theme I wanted to do another that would be even better and I think I accomplished that with ‘Say It’. When you look at the design its obvious where it gets its name and I felt was a fitting theme for any blog. It will remain the theme for Back and Forth for a short period at the end of which I will add an update with a link to its future display site. As always if you have any questions/complaints/general musings, feel free to drop us a line from our contact page.

Translated Say It to Dutch. You can find it here:

Changed the width of the textarea on this pageto 70 else it would go onto the green with FF 2.0 on Mandriva Linux.

Hi there! Love your theme. I modified it to blue at my website. Let me know if you would like the images and CSS. :)

Nice theme, how do you get the color picker to work? I’d like to implement something like that on my site, but i’ve never gotten it to work right.

  6. Randy says:

I’m actually rewriting the code for it right now, but I should have a post up in a couple days detailing everything you’d want to know. Thanks!

Awesome! Thanks a lot! If I manage to get it to work I’ll be sure to give you credit on my site.

I have been using this for a personal site for a few weeks and love it so far. One question. Any idea why IE displays the main page with a large blank space before the latest post? There are (2) ?? question marks on the line just above the latest post.

    However Firefox displays everything normal?

    Thanks,
    J

I love this theme. I’ve build in a language chooser and I’m planning to translate the theme to german and perhaps to french. The language chooser looks very similar to the color picker.

But now I’ve seen, that the theme doesn’t work correctly under IE. There is a large blank space before the first post. It seems that the first post starts behind the last entry of the sidebar. Any ideas how I (we) can fix that.

    Thanks
    D.

Both Say It 1 and 2 are designed to, and do, function correctly in at least FireFox 1.5+ and IE6+. If the layout is broken you have most likely included something in the sidebar of the theme that is a fair amount larger in width than the sidebar can support. If you gave me a link to an example of where it is broken I could better troubleshoot your issue.
